Dr. M. S. Vishveshwara
MBBS, D.M.R.T., MD (Radiation Oncology), DNB (Radiation Oncology)
Dr. M. S. Vishveshwara was born on 1963 at Vijaynagar – Mysore. He did his MBBS from Mysore Medical College (1985). Followed by Internship / House surgeonship at KR Hospital 1985-1986 and Senior House Officer at Department of Surgery - Holdsworth Memorial Hospital Mysore 1986 . He later did his DMRT and MDRT in Radiotherapy from Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology. Later he served as Consultant Radiation Oncology at Bharath Hospital and Institute of Oncology, Mysore 1991, then later promoted as Chief Radiation Oncologist and Subsequently Medical Superintendent.
He had enormous 31 years of experience in the field of Oncology including 11years as teaching faculty- Associate professor, Department of radiation Oncology, JSS Medical college and Hospital Mysore.
He Practiced Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy, Palliative care and Cancer prevention and cancer screening. He relished as a teaching faculty at JSS Medical College, Mysuru.
He is survived by his wife Wife Mrs. Jalaja and Son Mr. Raghav, an Engineer and a Daughter Dr. Radhika MBBS from JSS medical college Mysore pursuing her post graduation @ MGM Medical college Navi Mumbai and also a prestigious “Medico Pageant Mrs Maharashtra 2022” Winner.
